                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS
                   AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS
                   TO REZONE A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED IN THE 4400
                   BLOCK OF BONNY OAKS DRIVE, BEING ON THE
                   SOUTHWEST LINE OF BONNY OAKS DRIVE NORTHWEST OF
                   LIGHTFOOT MILL ROAD FROM R-2 RESIDENTIAL ZONE
                   TO R-3MD MODERATE DENSITY ZONE.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as
         amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is 
hereby
         amended so as to rezone:
               
                A tract of land located in the 4400 block of Bonny
                Oaks Drive, being on the southwest line of Bonny
                Oaks Drive northwest of Lightfoot Mill Road. Lot 9,
                Jersey Heights, as shown by plat of record in plat
                book 10, pge 35, ROHC; being the property described
                in deed book 3368, page 476, ROHC.  Tax Map No.
                128L-C-12.
               
         from R-2 Residential Zone to R-3MD Moderate Density Zone.
        
              	   SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as
         required by law.
